Beans which are SHG have a greater density (less oxygen at altitude and the shrub takes longer to grow) and thus make for a better speciality cup.Add this to the quality of the soil (volcanic is usually the bees knees) and you have a killer coffee! Thus this month’s poster on the flavour of each cloud forest.Tell us which poster is your favourite, ‘Like it’ on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/sourceclimatechange or on Twitter @SClimateCoffee
